2013 Paris Photo/Aperture Photobook Awards Shortlists

photo-eye had a wonderful, eventful trip to the New York Art Book Fair this year. We hope to share many of the treasures that we discovered while there in the next few weeks, but one great event was the announcement of the Paris Photo/Aperture 2013 Photobook Awards Shortlist. Photographer Alec Soth made the presentation of the twenty finalists First Photobook Prize and ten Photobook of the Year. The winners for both categories will be announced during Paris Photo in November. We are pleased to present the list of shortlisted titles below, along with photo-eye Bookstore links, bookteases and reviews when available.
