Morning Fog -- Michael Levin |
I actually took that image Morning Fog back in 2007 somewhere in France....I think. I can't really remember where it was as I never know exactly where I am on these trips. When I developed the film I liked the negative so I did a straight print from it and it lived on my walls for 4 years. Last week I was looking at it and I finally said "aha, now I see it!" So, I spent about 30 hours working on it pulling out what I knew it could be and I just finished it. -- Michael LevinLevin's exhibit Continuum currently on display at photo-eye Gallery in Santa Fe has been extending through February 18th, so there's still time to catch the show if you haven't yet been able to see it. It's also a chance to see the very last print in the edition of Levin's iconic image Infinity, which is bound to sell out soon.
