Congratulations to Janice Levy who's photograph Falcon Market, Riyadh, KSA 2011 was awarded First Prize in The Photo Review 2013 Competition issue. Images from the competition will be exhibited at Philadelphia's University of the Arts' Gallery with an opening reception on November 1st.
